A project initiated by the National Network of Youth Associations (RENAJ) and completed on August 14, 2005, the date on which Rádio Jovem was born, whose frequency in FM is 102.08Mhz. Rádio Jovem, as an informational institution, initially started working with only 17 young Guineans, including technicians, animators and journalists. With the dynamics, the willingness and effort of the human capital that she represented, she managed to win the hearts of the target audience (young people). Hence, the radio took a relevant step in terms of information on topics such as: Social, economic, cultural, sports, environmental, etc. All of this, as a way of giving a voice and boosting youth creativity in society and for the well-being of the country. At the time, the radio worked in two broadcast periods, from 8 am to 12 pm, and from 3 pm to 10 pm.
